Resurfacing Steps

Step One

Original taps, fittings and unwanted partition walls are removed. Tile glaze and any contaminates are removed leaving the surface porous, allowing the bonding of the new finish.
Step Two

The Fusion Basecoat is applied and heated. This permeates the raw porcelain to form a permanently bonded base for the enamel finish.

Step Three

The 'enamel' in your choice of colour is applied to produce a highly glazed, hard-wearing finish ideal for baths, basins and wall-tiles. Grout lines are now sealed, eliminating mould and mildew, making cleaning easy.
